Eric Friday

Eric is a real estate developer in the Detroit community currently focused on redeveloping residential neighborhoods and “buying back the block” He uses his physical routine as the foundation to achieve other goals across every aspect of his life. He has always been active in sports and other physical activities but began to shift his style of training after the inception run with the club to focus equally on running and strength training. He hopes that others will see the importance in putting your physical and mental health at the forefront of your priorities and the benefits that running provides to both.
